The Prophecy of the Incas

The Inca prophecies say that now, in this age, when the Eagle of the North and the Condor of the South fly together, the Earth will awaken. The Pachakuti is representative of the death of an old way of thinking about the world in which we live and an elevation to a higher state of consciousness.

Now it’s happening. Now is the time. The Aquarian Age is an era of Light, an age of awakening, an age of returning to natural ways. The Eagle and the Condor prophecy of the Incas speaks of long ago when human societies split into two different paths—that of the Eagle and that of the Condor. The path of the Condor is the path of heart, of intuition, and of Love. The path of the Eagle is the path of the mind, of the industrial, and of destruction.

Pachakuti, a Quechua word, translates to “Transformer of the Earth.” as pacha means “earth” or “time,” and cuti means “to set things right.” This prophecy therefore speaks of a period of upheaval and cosmic transformation. It signifies a reversal of the world, an overturning of the space/time continuum, and foretells of a grand cataclysmic event.

In contrast to earlier days, the Inca is no longer a noble monarch, however, but rather a person who has reached the 6th level of consciousness – a plane that is said to have been inhabited by enlightened beings such as Buddha, Confucius, Mohammed, St. Francis of Assisi, and Jesus.

In the Andean tradition, the return of the Inca also stands for a social transition to a new era of wealth and abundance for Humanity in a way in which it has never been experienced before. This phase is referred to as Taripay Pacha – the “time in which we rediscover ourselves” or “the time of the Holy Spirit.”
